1) Install pad by default, don't show it as add-on Product.

2) Set "globally enable comments" to false by default.

3) Remove the "comment"-type from plone.app.vocabularies.types.BAD_TYPES and 
   remove the monkey patch in __init__.py.
   
4) Remove all Plone3 related code.
